This program naturally progresses from our Street Safe Jiu-Jitsu beginners stream and advances students’ self-defence skillsets further, and introduces safe and controlled live practice to hone and sharpen the skills developed.

Above all else a safe, healthy and co-operative approach to learning Jiu-Jitsu is always encouraged, meaning our environment encourages us to aid each other in progressively understanding the art.

The emphasis as in all our programs is on using our mind and natural body movements in the most efficient way possible to survive, with the assumption that the opponent is always bigger, stronger, and more athletic than us. All techniques and strategies are taught with this underlying philosophy making our program suitable for everyone to learn and apply.
